Your program should include the following:
12-week periodized training program
Pre- and post-exercise nutrition strategies for recovery
Guidance on supplementation to promote recovery
Guidance on sleep to promote recovery
Guidelines for additional recovery strategies
Probably reduce daily calories by 500 to help lose weight slowly.
