This Project Summary focuses on identifying specific intra or interdepartmental issues with the project implementation process encountered
during implementation which you are or will be proposing leadership-related a solution. These may include but are not limited to staff resistance,
non-compliance with implementation processes, decreased or lack of support or interest from the preceptor, challenges from other professionals,
etc. You will prepare a written summary and include the identified problem, identified policies or accreditation standard, if any, that will need to be
considered, and address how this issue impacts the ability of the organization to provide ethical care. In addition, provide your thoughts related to
why the organization might not have policies or accreditation standard if they are unavailable. All references must be included using correct APA
formatting. Include all instructor feedback within your final project. Your paper should be 1 to 2 pages in length (not including the cover page or
reference page). Use APA formatting for all citations and the reference list.
Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:
Identify one specific intra or interdepartmental issue for which you will propose leadership-related solution.
Describe the issue and the conflict that it creates.
Describe any organizational policies or accreditation standard relevant to this issue that address the organization’s ability to provide ethical
access to care. If none are currently in place, why do you think this is? Be sure to cite the policies or accreditation standard that are referenced.
My project is carried out in a mental health out-patient clinic. I deal with mostly Nurse practitioners, social workers, psychiatrist, a nurse and some
other office staff members. My project is staff education on the use depression screening using the PHQ-9 screening tool.

The answer is complete. 50 points: The essay illustrates exemplary understanding of the relevant material by thoroughly and correctly addressing the relevant content; identifying and explaining all of the key concepts/ideas; using correct terminology explaining the reasoning behind key points/claims and substantiating, as necessary/useful, points with several accurate and illuminating examples. No aspects of the required answer are missing. Use of Sources (worth a maximum of 20% of the total points). Zero points: Student failed to include citations and/or references. Or the student failed to submit a final paper. 5 out 20 points: Sources are seldom cited to support statements and/or format of citations are not recognizable as APA 6th Edition format. There are major errors in the formation of the references and citations. And/or there is a major reliance on highly questionable. The Student fails to provide an adequate synthesis of research collected for the paper. 10 out 20 points: References to scholarly sources are occasionally given; many statements seem unsubstantiated. Frequent errors in APA 6th Edition format, leaving the reader confused about the source of the information. There are significant errors of the formation in the references and citations.
