and he suffered serious brain damage. The vehicle did not have a headrest, and laws in effect at that
point did not require manufacturers to install headrests. Roger is suing Ford Motor Co using strict
liability in tort. What will happen? Please discuss.
2. Geno Davis arranged for the daily delivery of two bottles of whole milk from the San Mateo Dairy Co.
One morning, as Geno reached for a bottle of milk, the bottle exploded in his hand causing significant
