Your first paper is a rhetorical analysis worth 15%. The purpose of such a paper is to analyze an essay or speech by breaking it in various parts and discussing how rhetorical tools are used for effective communication. You can choose to examine the three cornerstones of a rhetorical exercise: ethos, logos and pathos.
