Organizational justice refers to the perceived fairness in the workplace. There are three types of organizational justice: distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Distributive justice is concerned with the fairness of outcomes or rewards, while procedural justice is concerned with the fairness of the procedures used to make decisions. Interactional justice is concerned with the fairness of interpersonal treatment in the workplace. When employees perceive that their organization is fair, they are more likely to be satisfied with their job, committed to the organization, and motivated to perform.
Ethics refers to the moral principles and values that govern the behavior of individuals and organizations. In the workplace, ethical behavior is crucial for maintaining the trust of stakeholders, including employees, customers, and shareholders.
