Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) refers to voluntary actions by employees that go beyond their job requirements to benefit the organization. These actions can include helping coworkers, being punctual, attending meetings, and volunteering for extra tasks. There are five dimensions of OCB: Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy, and Civic Virtue. Altruism involves helping others without expecting anything in return.
