In the Week 4 discussion and this week’s conversation, you applied these concepts to your chosen firm, looking at the changes that are taking place and how your company rewards its personnel. You’ll expand on your conversation prompt study in this milestone and delve even further into employee motivation topics.

Requirements: Review the research you and your classmates performed in the Week 4 conversation about change, as well as the research you and your classmates conducted in this week’s talk about inspiring employees. The following requirements should be addressed in your third milestone submission:
1. Describe whether you will or will not create a formal performance evaluation procedure, as well as why you will or will not do so.
