For higher management to understand how the project supports the organization’s mission and goals, a concise overview of the project’s purpose, important points, and deliverables is provided.
Plan for Risk Management.
This section discusses the risk management plan’s purpose in relation to the project you’ve chosen.
Plan for Project Quality.
This is the method and activities used to ensure that a project’s product, services, and outcomes meet or exceed quality expectations. Activities to review project requirements are included in this section.

As the project manager, you’re in charge of putting together a detailed Project Management Plan and Project Schedule to help your business stakeholders make informed decisions and ensure a successful project execution.
Use the Project Plan Template to create the final portions of your Project Management Plan for Options A or B, as mentioned in the assessment Introduction. Include the following in your list:
Create a detailed Executive Summary section that includes high-level information such as the problem(s), solution(s), timeline, budget, risks, and so on.
Create a component of your Risk Management plan that includes an introduction, a risk legend, and a risk matrix.
Develop a detailed Quality Management plan section that includes information on each process group’s tools and practices.
Describe the elements that contributed to the project’s success and the lessons learnt. Include a few postmortem best practices and the top three lessons learned in the Project Close and Lessons Learned section.
