– There are three primary data centers in total (2 for Production and 1 for Disaster Recovery)
– For users and data traffic, all three data centers share redundant WAN circuits (2 MPLS and 1 Point-2Point) – Client has 145 enterprise applications and 1350 servers:
o 550 Unix Servers o 450 Windows Servers
o 350 servers running ESX, VMWare, and legacy AIX
– The maximum project budget is $1.5 million, with a contingency fund of $150,000.
– The client is willing to work with any of the top three cloud providers (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud)
– You have the ability to put together your own team – Stakeholders are also receptive to your individual and project requirements (define their roles and responsibilities as you see them fit)
