Scenario You work for a food processing company as the HR Director. You’ve decided to take a six-month leave of absence from your job due to a family member’s health problems. You’re in charge of overseeing various HR projects that are set to start. The CEO has given you instructions to build a complete portfolio of these projects so that your temporary successor will be ready to take over project monitoring for the next six months. The following projects are included:
Recruitment Branding Project – upgrading current recruitment homepage to attract Millennial applicants, as well as incorporating proposed metrics to evaluate the new webpage’s impact on successfully employing targeted human resources.
Unconscious Bias in Interviewing Project developing and delivering an in-house training program for any employee involved in the interviewing process on unconscious bias and how to mitigate it.
