The company’s mission is to “enhance the lives of pets and their families.” The store intends to begin selling pet beds on its website and through social media marketing. They are primarily targeting female customers in the United States between the ages of 45 and 60 who are interested in pets. Answer the following questions to outline your client’s e-commerce / digital marketing strategy:
QUESTION 1 (maximum 400 words): Which two social media platforms (channels) would you advise your client to use? Why? Your suggestions should be backed up by research.
QUESTION 2 (up to 400 words): Provide recommendations for your client’s social media content strategy, keeping in mind your answer to the previous question.
QUESTION 3 (maximum 400 words): Assume your client has advertised their products on Google Ads in the last thirty days. You’d like to learn more about the client’s campaign now.
